A total area of 110,000 square meter with an allotted 50,000 square meter open space for assembly and erection work complete with skid level with the ground. All load-out from this fabrication area at Quay No. 1 using lift barge. Record capacity of lift load-out is 1,600 mt (Using Asian Hercules 1) which can be increased to ,00mt by using Asian Hercules .
There are -sets of concrete skid ways (-line) running perpendicular to each other and seating on concrete piles. The first set has a skid centre from 1.4m (min) to 18.4m (max) by 110m length.
Fabrication Area No.
A total land area of 0,000 square meter with an allotted 60,000 square meter open space for assembly and erection work complete with skidway level with the ground. Load-out of fabricated structures are by Skidding or Lifting through Dry Dock No. 1.
There are 4-line skidway running parallel to each other supported on concrete piles. The skid centre from 1.00m (min) to .00m (max) by 67m length.
Fabrication Area No. 4
A total land area of 15,000 square meter with an allotted 106,40 square meter open space for assembly and erection work complete with skidway level with the ground. All load-out passed through Quay No. 6.
The skid system is on the pile cap, levelled to ground and steel skid beam on top. The skid centre is from 1.0 m (min) to 6.0 m (max) by 5 m length.
